Mocktail Hour: A Classic Mojito by Britton Friz

Reader’s Choice Bronze winner for Best Bartender, Britton Friz, gives the Mojito a virgin spin behind the bar inside of Callie Opie’s Orchard.

“Its easy to make Mojitos taste delicious without the rum because of the mint and lime,” said Friz.
For this drink, simply muddle fresh mint leaves with fresh lime juice, add simple syrup, and a splash of sparkling water – or for a perfect version, visit Britton Friz at Callie Opie’s Orchard!

If you dont want all the sugar included with a simple syrup, you can replace it with sugar free limeade, sprite, or a flavored water of your choice.
