W oof! Something happened recently that I didn’t quite understand. Truth be told, I’m still trying to make sense of it. Anyway, here’s how it all went down.
Recently, I’ve been going over to my Uncle Matt’s and Aunt Lisa’s pack-den a lot. They’re two-leggers and treat me like I’m special. They always have treats for me and Aunt Lisa lets me get on the couch with her and knows all my favorite scratches. I get so excited to go there.
When Uncle Matt and Aunt Lisa first built thier pack-den, I would go over and visit sometime. Back then, there were lots of working two-leggers there, taking big long sticks and making their pack-den out of those sticks. That’s before Uncle Matt and Aunt Lisa started sleeping there (and before they had a “treat cabinet” just for me.)
Anyway, one day when I went over to visit them, this incredibly beautiful, fluffy four-legger came running into their yard. She had soft, brown curly fur and gorgeous dark brown eyes.
Now, I can take or leave most four-leggers, but I knew this one was special. She walked right up to me and I felt there was something different about her. My heart felt funny and I just couldn’t seem to slow my wag.
I remember when I first met her and we got our sniffs out of the way, (Admittedly, I might’ve been a little bit too forward as she gave me a little snap when I got too personal. My bad.) Anyway, once we got our greetings out-of-the-way, we took off running. We ran and we ran and we played and then we ran some more. When her two-leggers came to get her, I heard them call her name. Saylor. Saylor…..
Ahhh, Saylor… Now, whenever I go over to Uncle Matt’s and Aunt Lisa’s house, I always run through the side door and back out the front door onto the front porch. I wag and I look and I pray for just a glimpse. On the good days, Saylor will come flying across the street and off we go. When I see her, my tail wags harder and my ears perk up.
Truth be told, I think I’m in woof!

Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
