What brings you the most satisfaction in your work?
Working with great people and getting the tough deals to closing to help people get into their homes.
What do you love most about Lake Anna?
The laid-back atmosphere, the sunsets, meeting great people.
What accomplishment are you most proud of and why?
I think I would have to say that both of my children have become wonderful, responsible, accomplished adults.
How do you stay motivated?
When things are slow it can be difficult to stay motivated but that’s also a great opportunity to keep learning and be better prepared to continue to help people reach their housing and financial goals.
What’s the most memorable feedback you’ve received from a client?
The best feedback is from the clients that truly appreciate the effort and let me know that they would not be in their homes if it wasn’t for my dedication.
If you could distill your passion for your work into one sentence, what would it be?
My commitment is much more than the individual transaction, it’s about educating and custom tailoring each loan to ensure a great borrower experience…. It’s not always easy but it’s very rewarding.
Describe a moment in your career when you felt an overwhelming sense of fulfillment. What led to that moment?
I had a buyer last year whom we worked together for over two years to find the right home and prepare her financially and we finally closed on her home this past December.
Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
