A Disc Jockey, a Reverend, and Santa Clause walk into a bar… Sounds like a joke, right? It’s not, but the content of the Men of Lake Anna Calendar 2025 promises to be equally as entertaining! 2025 marks the third official year of the calendar where we have featured “Local Men Doing Real Things…For Charity”. So who are they this year, and what will they bring to the table?!

Unlike other calendars, this one is designed to be delightfully local and unashamedly organic, featuring men of all ages and backgrounds doing what they love here at Lake Anna. The men are chosen by a selection committee each year, with the following criteria in mind: they’re pillars of the community, they’re admired leaders, they’re kind and proud citizens, they’re business owners, and most importantly, they don’t take themselves too seriously.

Having a small selection committee keeps the anonymity part of the suspense until the reveal, and also makes for a true surprise as they are honored and chosen, rather than competing for the accolade. If you have been hopeful but have not yet been chosen as one of the Men of Lake Anna yet, you are not safe! You could be being scouted at any moment, so watch out!

As for this year, there are some unprecedented things to look forward to. We are pleased to include more ethnically diversified models, as well as a “legacy model” – think fraternity. Your dad pledged Sigma Chi, and now you are. That’s right, the son of one of our 2022 calendar models will be featured in this year’s calendar. More celebrities, more cowbell… Also on the roster is a local DJ personality from SAM-FM and a former National Weather Service broadcaster. They all plan to bring their A-game and really put themselves out there for a well-rounded and fun-loving calendar. But seriously, what does the Reverend have in mind? A wedding? And what does Santa do in the off-season?! Stay tuned! A full list of our models’ names and their photos will be revealed as we approach our official calendar reveal on Sept. 8 at Cooling Pond.

Each year the Lake Anna Roosters & Foxes Social Club sells Men of Lake Anna calendars to raise funds for local charities: The Journey Home and 5:16 Project. Tiffany Hazelwood has a degree in Journalism from the University of Richmond is a full-time Real Estate Broker with Lake Homes Realty, a lake-focused real estate firm, where she serves as the Anchor Agent for the Lake Anna market. She has been a licensed realtor since 2008 and has been specializing in real estate here at the lake since 2016. She has enjoyed writing the real estate section for the Lake Anna Breeze™ since 2019.
