Hey, foodies and community enthusiasts! Get ready to dig into something delicious with a side of heartwarming generosity. The Lake Anna Business Partnership (LABP) is rolling out the red carpet for the Lake Anna Restaurant Week, and it’s not just about tasty treats – it’s about supporting local students’ dreams.
From February 2nd to February 9th, our favorite local restaurants are teaming up with LABP to make a difference. What’s on the menu, you ask? Good food and good deeds! Each participating restaurant is pledging to donate TEN PERCENT of their earnings to the LABP Scholarship Fund. Now, that’s what we call dining with a purpose.
The LABP Scholarship Fund isn’t your run-of-the-mill scholarship program. It’s all about helping students from Louisa County, Orange County, and Spotsylvania County chase their dreams of higher education. And get this – it’s not just for high school seniors. If you’re homeschooling or attending private school, you’re welcome to throw your hat in the ring too!
LABP has three scholarships up for grabs, each worth $2,500. That’s a game-changer for students looking to attend college or trade school. The best part? Every mouthwatering bite during Restaurant Week is a step towards making these dreams a reality.
Here’s the lineup for the week:
- Friday, 2/2 – Tim’s at Lake Anna
- Saturday, 2/3 – Vito’s On The Lake
- Sunday, 2/4 – Tavern On The Rail
- Monday, 2/5 – Coyote Hole Craft Beverages
- Tuesday, 2/6 – El Gran Patron
- Wednesday, 2/7 – Callie Opie’s Orchard
- Thursday, 2/8 – Lake Anna Taphouse & Mad Batter Bakery
- Friday, 2/9 – Tim’s at Lake Anna
Can’t make it but still want to spread the love? LABP is welcoming donations to the 2024 Scholarship Fund. Grab your checkbook, make it out to Lake Anna Business Partnership, and pop it in the mail to LABP at PO Box 536 Mineral, VA, 23024.
Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
