The new destination is expected to attract both locals and tourists alike, providing a boost to the local economy. In addition to the amenities mentioned above, Hotel Lake Anna will also offer excursions for visitors such as kayaking, fishing, and boating, making it an ideal spot for a family getaway or a weekend retreat.

“We want to create an experience that is both relaxing and exciting, with something for everyone. That’s why we are also including RV lots and pickle-ball courts – to cater to different interests and age groups,” Puneet added.

The vision entails a comprehensive strategy that encompasses organic farming and the establishment of connections between seniors and youth, fostering community-focused growth. Puneet emphasizes the importance of maintaining a local bar and restaurant, while simultaneously expanding the range of services offered. This expansion includes the addition of a sports bar, a lounge area, diverse coffee options, poker nights, and various community events.

The improvements at Hotel Lake Anna extend beyond aesthetics, incorporating lights, cameras, and safety measures to create a clean and fun environment. The resort will offer ample parking for boats.
