Lake Anna, VA – On October 20th, the Fluvanna-Louisa Housing Foundation (FLHF) hosted a luncheon at Calie Opies Restaurant to discuss their concept and construction plans aimed at addressing the rising prices of rentals and senior housing needs in the communities of Louisa and Fluvanna counties. The event, attended by key members of the Lake Anna community, drew a crowd of approximately 75 people.
The primary focus of the luncheon was to raise awareness and funds for the construction of 42 Affordable Housing Units over the next three years. The FLHF aims to provide rental units, assist first-time homebuyers, and offer a financial education program to both homebuyers and individuals in need of maintenance and repairs.
Their mission goes beyond mere housing provision, and the foundation collaborates with dedicated volunteers and groups to construct and install ramps and carry out essential home repairs.
The FLHF luncheon highlighted the pressing need for affordable housing solutions and emphasized the organization’s commitment to serving the local community. With their ambitious goals and collaborative approach, the FLHF aims to make a lasting difference in the lives of residents in Louisa and Fluvanna counties.

Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
