Woof! Woof! I’m so excited that I just cannot contain myself! It happened again! I knew it would! When the Magic Tree comes to our house, sooner or later, the fun white stuff shows up outside on the ground! And I love it!
Most of my two-legger friends know that I go swimming every day. I actually love swimming the most when it’s really cold outside! I like to roll around in the white stuff and then go down and jump in the lake! It’s a Lab thing. Woof!
Sometimes, when the white stuff is here, I think my two legged-pack mom worries about me swimming in the lake. I smell worry smells on her sometimes. But, I think she knows how much I love it, so she lets me go. Also, she bought me this cool dry-off thing that wraps around my body when I’m done with my swim.
The only bad thing about the cold days with the white stuff is that my two-legged pack-family never gets into the lake with me. However, sometimes the two-leggers that come stay at my Uncle Matt’s pack-den come over. (Uncle Matt is a two-legger who always has treats at his den. He’s woofin’ cool!) I think those two-leggers at Uncle Matt’s pack-den are his two-legged puppies. Anyway, I love these guys! When they come to visit his den, they come over and jump in the lake with me – even in the middle of the cold times! You would think they’re dogs, but probably not since they don’t have much fur and they walk on two-legs.
Sadly, I know sooner or later the white stuff goes away. Soon it will get all hot outside – with me wearing this fur coat – day in and a day out. So for now, I’m going to enjoy my white stuff, my swim time, my Beau’s Throws and sometimes – my crazy two-legged cousins.
