Each year Good Hope Baptist Church buzzes with laughter and holiday cheer as families gather for a heartwarming Christmas celebration. The morning begins with Breakfast with Santa, where kids enjoy pancakes drizzled with syrup and shyly whisper their Christmas wishes to Santa and Mrs. Claus, giving parents ample opportunities to capture the magical moment in photos!

But the real magic of the day happens when the Bethlehem Shop opens its doors, and kids whisper off with their “elf friends” to choose the perfect gifts for their loved ones. Guided by cheerful helpers dressed as Santa’s elves, kids select and wrap thoughtful presents for family members, experiencing the joy of giving firsthand.

The act of giving is at the heart of the Christmas season, teaching us that the true joy of the holidays comes not from receiving, but from sharing with others.

Good Hope Baptist Church is located on the corner of 208/Courthouse Rd and Lewiston Rd at 5601 Courthouse Rd – near the Dollar Store at Lawyers Rd. They offer a variety of free family events throughout the year, including a Trunk or Treat, and annual Egg Hunt.
