LOUISA COUNTY, VA — The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce is holding a groundbreaking ceremony for Roundabout Plaza, a new commercial destination by Koren Diversified Holdings. The ceremony will be held on November 9 at 2 p.m., celebrating the expansion of local dining, recreation, and retail options in Lake Anna. This project underscores years of dedication to enhancing both the community’s quality of life and its economy.
Roundabout Plaza will feature a variety of local businesses, from family-friendly dining at the Lazy Parrot restaurant and sweet treats at Mad Batter Bakery to fitness at the Lake Anna Barbell Gym and Lake Anna Pickleball courts. The center aims to create a community hub where residents and visitors can find everything from dining to entertainment in one accessible location.
“Seven years ago, we had a vision of a place where families could go to eat, relax, play, and shop,” said Jon Koren, President of Koren Diversified Holdings. “Roundabout Plaza is the embodiment of that vision with places like the Lazy Parrot family restaurant, Mad Batter Bakery, Lake Anna Barbell Gym, Lake Anna Pickleball, and more! We’re excited to see it finally coming to life.”
The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce supports this project as a part of its mission to promote business growth and community development. Roundabout Plaza is expected to bring new job opportunities and additional services to the area, enhancing Lake Anna’s appeal as a family-friendly destination.
Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
