The positivity and encouragement from the young girls and women involved during the day was inspiring to witness,” said organizer Casey Hollins. “We’re excited for this pageant to increase awareness about emergency medical services and to inspire people to volunteer, whether it’s here in Lake Anna and Louisa County or in their own hometowns.”
As part of the Miss America Organization, the Miss Virginia pageant offers substantial scholarship opportunities. In 2023, the Miss Virginia Organization awarded over $75,000 in scholarships to Miss and Outstanding Teen candidates, ranking Virginia 13th out of 51 state programs. Additionally, more than $300,000 in in-kind scholarships to colleges and universities is available.

Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
