Readers’ Choice Silver Winner for Best Real Estate Agent and Best Real Estate Company
Describe a moment in your career when you felt an overwhelming sense of fulfillment. What led to that moment?
I had a vision of bringing a Keller Williams office here to Lake Anna. Bringing that vision to life has been a dream come true. Stopping to look how far I’ve come to reach my goals has brought tears to my eyes!
Beyond the transaction, what aspect of your profession brings you the greatest joy?
Discovering what my client’s real estate goals are and formulating a plan with them to get them there!
How do you ensure every interaction with a client exceeds their expectations?
Communication. Often. Listen to them and ask a lot of questions. Experience and knowledge to be able to present them with all of their options and educate them to help them make decisions to get them to their goals. Our team has a transaction coordinator who is also a licensed agent to help oversee the documents, and the timeline and be an additional resource especially if my clients need me and I am serving another client.
Outside of work, what passion or hobby consumes your free time?
Spending time in the lake, boating, nature, being outside with the doggie and spending time with my family.
What aspect of Lake Anna’s community spirit resonates most with you?
The small-town feel is just what we had growing up. My family owned a restaurant in our downtown of Hamburg, PA, and we knew everyone and everyone knew us. I found community and relationships here in the 5 years we have become full-time residents.
Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
