I have four Louisa County students at home, all between the ages of 9 and 13. Yes, our house is busy! But that also means we get a front-row seat to the incredible work our teachers, staff, and school leaders put in every day. One of the most meaningful things I’ve seen this year is the way they encourage students to serve their community and take pride in the place they call home.
Our photographer, John, captured a powerful moment recently: JROTC and FCA students breaking ground on a special project that will make a lasting impact on the Lake Anna community for years to come.
I want to personally say thank you to these amazing students who weren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty:
Ramzey Jimenez
Kevin Nieto
Caleb Morton
Hunter Thacker
Anna Stevens
Peyton “Lee” Rawlings
Phoebe Fickes
Sophia Long
Tristyn Sirisin-Yi
Cole Myles
Dixie Fincham
Brielle Babnew
Stephen Smith
Jayden Thompson
Hunter Matney
Christian Bradley
Jahmere Ragland
Joe Tarry
Michael Pelloni
Owen Yarrington
I also want to thank Devon Dempsey, Frank Ramey, Superintendent Doug Straley and the entire Rotary club for their incredible LEADERSHIP!

Hi! I’m Jennifer Bailey and I partner with entrepreneurs who have massive ideas that could change the world. Most marketing is meaningless. Filled with empty promises, its only job is to bring in new traffic, new leads, and new customers. But I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and I’ve learned that marketing can do so much more than reach business goals and build profit. My methods give businesses the fire and soul they need to reach the right people, set the groundwork for sustainable relationships, and offer true value to the people on both the giving and receiving ends of marketing.
