This union introduces Keller Williams Lakeside, consolidating Lakeside Real Estate and the Orion Home Group under one banner.

Noland’s journey in real estate began in 1997, focusing on delivering exceptional service to clients. Lakeside Real Estate, formed with Gary Griffith in 2019, has facilitated countless property transactions at Lake Anna.

Reflecting on her journey, Noland shared, “I never feel like I’m working; every day is like a vacation.” This sentiment captures Lake Anna’s appeal as a tranquil refuge. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Lake Anna emerged as a haven for those seeking a simpler lifestyle away from urban chaos.

The collaboration between Noland and Netzer marks a new phase for Lake Anna real estate.
